Bookings & Info

If you wish to book a room or should you require any information on rooms availability, rates, etc., please send e-mail us at:staff@bbromaservice.com. You will receive our reply, whether we have availability or not, as soon as possible (24 hours at the latest).

Booking procedure

As soon as we have checked we will inform you via e-mail on our availability, also sending a "booking proposal form" resuming your reservation details.

In order to secure the room you will be asked either to make a down payment (through bank wire or postal order) or to give your credit card details as a guarantee (they solely act as a security as you will not be charged with anything).

You will then need to e-mail or fax us copy of the down payment (or your credit card details if you are more comfortable with that).

Cancellation policy

- 14 day notice for full refund or to avoid being charged (minus a € 20 cancellation fee).
- If less notice given, party responsible for 1 night or 35% of reservation whichever is greater.
- "No show" guests and "early departure" guests are considered cancellations inside the non-refundable period.

 

 
All room have en-suite bathroom, air conditionning, TV, fridge.
